What is ShowIt?
Showit is a premium website designing software that is much like Wix or Squarespace but BETTER! It enables us to drag and drop designs around your website and is my top pick for designing websites!
Do you work on other platforms besides ShowIt?
Yes! My platform of choice is Showit due to the limitless design capabilities it offers. However, I understand some clients have preferences and I can also work with Wix and Shopify depending on your specific needs and/or preferences.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes! I typically ask for a non-refundable 25% deposit up front (depending on the size of the project) to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be broken into 2 or 3 installments, due in full by the end of the project. I am also happy to work with you if you need a different payment arrangement.
What should I have ready before the project starts?
You should have all content (website copy, preferred fonts and colors) necessary for the website build ready to go by our agreed upon start date unless other arrangements have been discussed. Failure to do so could result in rescheduling the project to a later date and/or a restart fee.
Do you offer support after the website is launched?
Yes, you will have access to our email support 365 days of the year. We try and reply to all messages within 24 business hours. So if you run into any problems just send us an email and we’ll do our best to help you!
